Baby Brooke's Big Day

While we have no plans to remove the "Baby" from Brooke's name, she is still proving to us that life goes by way too fast. In some instances, she is sheltered far more than out other two. We have all but discouraged walking, enjoying the baby crawl to its fullest. And, with two older siblings in the house, crying is never allowed. Someone always runs to her rescue. On the other hand, though, she is allowed to do things we would have have allowed the others. Her first birthday cake was far from her "first"; she almost completely bypassed baby food (way too messy anyway!), and she already undersands that marbles are for playing and not for eating!
